Through Ghosts

I was following myself
When I found my shadow so alone

On the streets outside my window
There’s this naked truth too
Leaning against my destiny so screwed
Then walking straight into the speeding bus
Just to find out how things work
Creating now a space for my madness

I was following myself
When I found my shadow so alone

Entered in and alls well
In the striking river as I float
Sitting inside the wooden box
Going down in a series of lot
Around my neck with Om, Allah and the cross
Swift at times as the sparkle of a glancing star

Now taking the weeds and likeness of a swain
That to the service of this moment belongs
So who goes there with his ghost song?

I was following myself
When I found my shadow so alone
I was following myself
When I found my shadow so alone
I was following myself
When I found my shadow so alone

The Freedom Screams

Making us so that I’m killing
hard and wild
The Buddha programmed
inside them is asking me to
Ever since love, prayers and peace died
I unwrap candies to crush
and smoke a few
This was never as hard
as it is tonight
On a different high
I live they say
But what they’ve
left us with is no other way
Crawling around with borrowed hands
Freedom has come to terms with
a darker room
And the shut doors

This is the new high
for getting crashed in the head
As sometimes feeling strong
is bigger than being one
What is visible is so damned infected
The system functions
and we fight till we are dead
Scared asking for help while on the streets alone
and the man in uniform rapes your thoughts too
You chose it and now it’s your
trust getting fucked through
Freedom has come to terms with
A darker room
And the shut doors
